During our recent three-night stay at Aurora in Ubud, my family and I appreciated the hotel's convenience and family-friendly amenities. Nestled in the heart of Ubud, the location allowed us easy access to local cafes, markets, and shops, enriching our experience. One highlight was our serene terrace, perfect for enjoying morning yoga sessions while the kids engaged with the playful resident cats. They loved the extra cuddle time! The staff, though sometimes hard to find, were helpful when approached. Following a request for room cleaning, we found the service adequate. While issues arose with the hot water and towel cleanliness, the quick attention from the owner was appreciated. Aurora provided a unique blend of family-friendly activities amidst the vibrant energy of Ubud, despite some setbacks. We left with memories I'm sure our kiddos will cherish.
